Gut Health

The human microbiota consists of more than 100 trillion symbiotic microbes that reside in and on every person, with the majority of them located in the gastrointestinal tract. MedNutrition is dedicated to promoting gut health, as many diseases can be traced back to the gut. Fermented foods are a great source of probiotics and postbiotics essential for gut health.
